1. Winter is too long

3. Low wages...

Intolerant? In what way?

I thought Poles liked to ski in winter

Low wages? Wages are often low, how about salaries?

Laugh? Why do you laugh? I'm serious. First I hear of this! Poland is one of the most diverse countries in Europe.

What do you mean? relative to what?
In comparison to Scotland?
I am just curious.

Poland is racist, many people here admit it. Why is the word jebane often used after uttering Russian, German, Jew or any black?

Us Scots are quite racist too. Attacks on Pakistanis and other groups show that.

after uttering Russian, German,

This is being ethnocentric, and not racist... God knows us Poles have a good reason to use that word when describing our less than friendly neighbours.
As for Jews and Blacks, I have never heard the word jebane zydzi or murzyni uttered in person so long as I live.

However, this dziadek perhaps is a perfect example of a racist moron.

You do not make a good point, at all.

Seanus:

Many Scottish are also racist, i know it is difficult to compare racism but do you really think Poland is mush more racist than where you are? or just more vocal. I am not picking on Scotland, I am using it as an example.

Ethnocentric and racist then. Asians and Blacks can get a hard time here but I suppose it is getting better.

Scotland could easily be as racist as Poland. I don't defend Scotland on this one. This debate is not about being defensive, it's about being honest and telling it as it is

So may be it will get better here.
I think a lot of Polish people here in Poland use derogatory terms for black people in an abstract form because most don't know what they are saying in this sence.
Perhaps Poland also needs time too.

Although I have stated before about the Nazi rallies in the town where I live here in Poland. You probably do not have those in Scotland?
Although again most people here are disgusted at this carry on.

I was kidding with the racist terms, but if you want to come visit me here, I can take you to the downtown area during study hours and I can point out some foreigners.

Ha ha ha, I am a foreigner, that sounds a little boring. Maybe a pint at the meet up in December. I think it is in December but who knows?

You're a visible minority?

Yes in my Hawaiian shirt, bright green shorts, panama hat.

I was not sure what you meant.
I love to people watch. I mostly make up weird and diabolical stories about their past and what they are doing now.
I may have to reconsider, are you in Krakow?

Yes.

SeanBM:

Yes. And its always fun to spot Greeks in the crowds. You can usually pick them out because of their greased back hair and dress, tight pants, especially around the crotch area, and they are constantly chasing the Polish girls around the stare miasto.

3 reasons why do you hate Poland.

1.Local girls look too ugly compared to polish ones.
2.Polish discos are full of hot girls while local discos are full of uglies.
3.Poland is very far.

I think you are getting melancholic. Why don't you move to Poland?

Yes, sometimes. The girl only lets herself be caught if she wants to. I have witnessed this many times.

Unfortunately, in some parts, it's true Alexander. It's often said impulsively tho, without really thinking why

I understand what you're saying. :) It's the same everywhere I think... although Russians don't often use "jebani" with any nationality.. it's too rough. Or maybe I don't pay enough attention.
