RSPCA or any thing like it in Poland?

Hi guys,just would like to know if there is anything like the rspca here in Poland? Getting cheesed of with my inlaws putting puppies down every time the dog has them, Thanks and merry xmas and happy new year,

Yes, there is an Animal Care Society (Tow. Ochrony nad Zwierzętami). Their site is in Polish: http://www.toz.pl/index.php?menu=o_nas Why don't they just get the ***** spayed?
