Meathead:
As for the women who believe that abortion is moral they're entitled to professional healthcare.

Only in a non Catholic hospital or if the mother's life is in peril.

Meathead:
Now whether it is moral or not is another matter

This is all I am truly worried about.

Meathead:
But the United States doesn't legislate morality so you are free to have your obsessions.

Give it time.

Meathead:
With some people Religion is an obsession

They too much of anything is a bad thing.

Or just cross the border to somewhere it's legal. Tens of thousands of Polish women do this every year, as is their right.

As I understand it, this is not their right. If you are a Polish citizen, you cannot legally obtain an abortion in another country.

I only "know" this as a result of several classroom conversations with my students here in Krakow, so we all might be wrong - are we?

In order to bring a prosecution there would need to be proof - also the prosecutors are well aware that any verdict would be thrown out by the European Courts and the accused compensated.

Everything is condoned by Polish people. They are very conservative and religious.

I'm American and moved to Poland last year.
