it would be much easier to answer this if you gave some examples of garage

what artists, bands, DJ's are you looking for

after all, i thought we'd moved on from garage twenty years ago.

I use limewire for downloading stuff, failing that you could always use a programme called u torrent, its fairly small and doesn't take up too much space. If you're in Poznan i have a copy of xp you are more than welcome to use also.

Dont use limewire thats knackers your computer if youre not carefull, all kinds of nasty stuff associated with that.

Demonoids the best torrent site but you have to be a member.

utorrent is great light software for torrents. none of the added bonuses that you get with limewire. the gnutella network is also a common trolling ground for people employed in rights management...

If you like the limewire set up though, you can download Frostwire which is the same interface but without the nasty bits.

From what i understand with Limewire anything you download constantly uploads to others without your knowledge, resulting in a slow down of your pc. The more you download the worse it will get. Plus many viruses and spyware hidden in the downloaded files.

With a Utorrent for example you decide what to upload and at what speed.

You should look it up in some vinyl shops or via Internet. There are no clubs exlusively playing garage but there are parties with house, garage, etc music.
I think near you in Gdansk or Sopot there are certainly parties with such music just google a lil bit.

Download utorrent and go to either isohunt.com or thepiratebay.com or as a last resort mininova.com to find your music.
