I have no idea of what your definition for a group or organisation is but Emunah is the largest women's religious Zionist organisation worldwide with over 100,000 members yet not a group? It operates children’s homes, day care centers after-school programs, educational institutions, counselling centers, parenting classes, services for senior citizens etc. Truly miraculous when the simple word for 'faith' can do all that by itself.
