Zaduszki Jazzowe - I would love to bring this to my home town in the USA

I recently discovered this celebration. I understand that its roots took place (1954) during the Soviet attempt at squashing everything West. Is this really as large as it appears?

I would love to bring this to my home town in the USA, as Chicago is the only city that enjoins in it. Who is the big "mover" and "shaker" in this process now? Is there a central group that oversees what takes place around the country? And, which city in Poland has the longest and best reputation for putting on these shows?

Hi,everything about Zaduszki,or All Souls' Jazz Festival in Chicago is available on facebook now...Just look for Zaduszki Jazzowe and my profile will pop out.
