Some phrases regarding INTRODUCTIONS

ok after speaking to someone for a few months im going to get to meet them personally...........................

znam język polski bradzo dobrze...........BUT I AIN'T NO EXPERT....

i know i can say>> Pozwoli pani, że się przedstawie....let me introduce myself....

i want to say in Polish>>>>let me introduce myself to you at last.....

probably PANI covers the 'to you ' part of the sentence.........what about "at last"

is this conventional in Polish........

To ask someone to introduce you to someone you would say niech mnie pan przedstawi komuś.

I'd put it this way:
Jak miło w końcu panią poznać... Proszę pozwolić mi się przedstawić - nazywam się ... (put your true name here).
(it's in a very polite way, so I gues you'll impress her).
