Hey, does anyone know any good karate or taekwondo classes in Warsaw? especially for women.

i just wonder- why do you want to learn karate or teakwondo for self-defense? they are both pretty useless for it. why won't you try Krav Maga :P?

I agree. Krava Maga is much better for self-defense. Karate and Taekwondo are intrestings styles, but they don't work well as self-defense. Krav Maga or Hapkido are much better options.
