'La Poésie de Handball'

A completely unbiased and objective match report
by Torq

Ladies and Gentlemen - it was a joy to behold! Despite getting all the help from German (!)
referees the Ustashian... oh, I'm sorry... Croatian team were completely unable to offer
any kind of resistance to the formidable Les Bleus and got absolutely owned 21:25!

Playing against the Croatians aided hugely by the referees, the French team has shown
the world what handball is all about - joy of play, great physical preparation and supreme
tactics - light years ahead of the helpless Croats.

Croatian team presented a pathetic view after the game - weeping like little girls with
no Hitler around to pat them on the back and say 'That's OK, my dear Ustashe, that's
OK'- no, nobody there to cheer them up.

The European title went to the most deserving team - representing a great European
country, with great culture, history and delightful cuisine.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it was indeed a great night for handball in Vienna's Stadthalle.
Let's wish all the best to the winners and to the losers, well, let it be a lesson for them
that, even with friendly referees, it's still the skill and heart that decide the outcome
of a handball game.

VIVE LA FRANCE!!!

It was a handball match for fucks sake!

Torq honestly...that was a finale between two great teams who both deserved to be here.
A match between many great players who never did anything wrong in their life.
You and others constantly harping back to history and even bringing Hitler into it is just sick!
