I support Manchester United but I also follow my local team AFC Fylde who are currently in the North-West Counties Premier League after winning promotion and 2 trophies last season and are 8 leagues below the Premiership and rising.

AFC Fylde Manchester United

Juventus.. I know a few that's going to that game. Have a good one. I'm not into friendly games too much. The atmosphere is never as good.

It's not impossible AT ALL. All you need to do is buy a Manchester United ONE membership from http://www.manutd.com/default.sps?pagegid={056D21E9-D5C6-4A89-9969-8DB 08FFDE353}

It is impossible without a membership. You can't go to ALL games but you can go to alot with this membership. I'm purchasing a membership before the start of the season so if you like I'd be able to apply for a ticket or 2 for you. I went to quite alot of games a few seasons ago but I go to alot of AFC Fylde games now as they need our support to help them rise through the football pyramid.

1 ticket per member.

I've never really had a problem getting a seat next to a mate. You just have to keep trying. Sometimes you're successful, sometimes you're not. 1 out of 3 or 4 times you've successfully purchased a ticket. The best chance to get a ticket is by choosing to sit in the East stand. If you can't get a ticket go to the ticket exchange website where season ticket holders sell their tickets.

Well i support Glasgow Rangers and Torquay United. Firstly Glasgow Rangers, as my dad is Scottish and i have been taken and attended many of their games it runs in the family really :). Torquay United i picked up when i moved to Exeter, even though i live right next to the Exeter ground i still travel to Plainmoor to watch TUFC home games.

TUFC

I have respect for Rangers. I'd choose Rangers over Celtic anyday. Rangers are Unionist team.

Support your local team !

Next season, instead of paying £50 for a ticket in row ZZ and watching the ants 500m away, go and support your local team instead.

For £5-10 you can stand where you want, tell the manager how to do his job from 10ft away, get a pie for £1 and then have a pint with the players in the social club afterwards !!

Nothing beats the atmosphere of a non league team in a cup game.

Ie, AFC Fylde (Kirkham & Wesham FC)
It's really enjoyable watching your local team play. I went to Wembley last season to watch my local team pick up the FA Vase, watched them get promoted and win the Challenge Cup last season too... It's fantastic

Who do you follow (non-league?)

exactly, that is why i go to torquay, actually now i really enjoy it. Rangers play a dcent level of football but there is just something about the local side or non-league level. I'm all for watching the big games on the TV when the Champions league is on but there is nothing like a proper league game between Torquay and Exeter :)

manchester United of course, so thats your team?? should i ask whethter or not your from that area of Manchester???? :)

ok so i'm guessing your a Man United fan, so where are you from originally??? where do you live now??? Have you been to a United game??

I'm all for a bit of support for an English team in europe, there is no problem with that, however associating yourself with a team you have no link too?? i don't understand it. Surely it can only be because you like the feeling of winning and football for you is to make yourself feel good when the 'Manchester' Team lift cup after cup. What can you feel for that?? Especially if your not English and have never been to Manchester?? (I@m not saying your not English or even not from Manchester but for example there are Poles who support Liverpool etc) I really don't understand it.

I follow a few teams around the world Wisla Krakow, Boca Juniors, Juventus but i could not say 'i support them' just look out for the results and have a general interst in how they do.

There's something special about watching your local non-league team. It's really enjoyable and more exciting starting from the bottom and working their way upwards. At times I enjoy non-league football more than I enjoy Premiership football.

Yup that's right. I'm from Kirkham hence, Kirkham & Wesham FC (AFC Fylde.) You'll hear more of them in years to come, trust me. My whole family are Mancunians. I was brought up as a Man Utd fan. I was brought up as a fan since birth and attended games since a toddler, had shirts given to me since a toddler so as far as I'm concerned I've been brought up to be one of them. It's feels great to actually support your local team though, where nobody can wrongly accuse you of being a "glory hunter." I hate that word O.O

yeah i know what you mean, however with Torquay in the past few years its been watching them go down rather than up, lol.

Got a soft spot for Clachnacuddin Fc - theres something about an asbestos roof, the stray dog on the pitch, going to the pub at half time, kids running away with the ball when it gets kicked in to the "crowd"...................

lol i'm not trying to understand it, i already know, i mean really you cannot 'support' a team you have no affiliation with. You have no real feelings for them, so you can hardly call it supporting, more like watching out for them as i said above about juve etc. You must feel more for your Chicago Fire side??? i mean they are your bread and butter team, no???

Sounds alot like Kirkham & Wesham FC. They used to be a Sunday amateur team that people just turned up for training and a kickabout. They played in front of a fire station on the field at the park until they moved and took things seriously. Now they're about to build a 6,000 capacity stadium and aim to "reach the football league by 2022 and the national conference by 2017"
