OP, the Holmes Place gyms are good, but not cheap. The gym at the Hyatt is excellent, and very good value for money, but nevertheless pricey. Maybe just go in to one near where you are and check it out - there's a chance someone will speak English, and if not, it's a good chance to pick up some more Polish!

I used to go to this one, because I had an office a few doors down. Probably somebody there speaks English, and they are good and cheap.

Did you have to swear to defend it against your previous gym?

There's one in Blue City. In the basement. Not sure if it's cheap though. The one I mentioned on al. Jerozolimzkie is quite near Blue City.

Hi ya'll!

I'm moving back to warsaw after some time abroad, back to Warsaw,
and I wanted to keep up with my training.
So I wonder if there's any good gyms that offers the possibility of aerobics, dance, etc.
or other kind of work-out in Warsaw?

I usually go running and jogging, but I want to keep up with the indoor training aswell!
So if you have any suggestions of any good gyms in warsaw that has
some aerobics, e.g., gym or swimming pool, or other kind of classes to offer,
please post them here!

Or any tips of good gyms in warsaw??
Any suggestions are appreciated!

(Not sure this is the right forum, as to my first post here, but please change in that case)..

Hi, just posted a note about the same problem - Im just back to warsaw too and looking for some "excercise" possibilities.

Did you find your gym? how is it? and any english speaking people (or "classes" given in English?),
thx in advance
