Looking for a football team to play and improve my skills in Poland

Hi everybody.......

im a moroccan football player 20 years moving to poland soon ispeak frensh arabic english and polish ,i play in moroccan with first league team .and iwant to play in poland when i reach there .
My Question is how can i find a football team there firstleague or second ?, to play and improve my skills ,and how it's the salaries of football player for example in second league under extraklassa(here for example i got about 900 eru per month+500eru per match win),and how it's the level of football there , and if there is someone know any manager or intermadiate to get anyteam to pass a test with them he can hepl me please
