At the end of regulation time, four extra minutes were announced, but the polack Borski didn't blow fulltime until after italians scored.

I don't even know why they let a Anti-Polish bigot like you troll away with your troll topics.

Will you do a topic next on "Spic referees"?

Bollox.

Borski added 4 minutes to playing time for all the delays and, a couple of seconds into
the stoppage time, Romanian goalkeeper started simulating thumb injury. The "medical
help" took over 3 minutes and that time was added to the stoppage time (rightly so.)

The work of Polish referee was described as "very good" by the official UEFA delegate for the game.

End of.

for Romanian keeper? Come on - surely EVEN YOU are not retarded enough to suggest that? :)

Out of which, 3 minutes were lost for an injury simulation :) Seriously, get a feckin
grip of yourself, espana. Even trolling requires certain intelligence and this thread
is pure idiocy.

OK, halfwit - I'll make it easier for you...

1. It's the 90th minute. Referee is adding 4 minutes of stoppage time for all the delay in the game.

2. 90' - 91' - they're playing...

3. 91' - Romanian keeper starts simulating thumb injury.

4. 91'-94' heroic action of Romanian doctors saves the keeper's life and he is able to continue.

According to your retarded theory, Borski should stop the game now. However, he is not
a complete and utter idiot, like you are, so he doesn't consider the "medical help" for wounded
Romanian hero as playing time.

5. 94'-97' the play continues, just like it should, according to game rules.
Italians score a goal fair and square and a couple of seconds later the game ends.

Perfect work by the referee and he fully deserved the high mark for it by the official UEFA delegate.

In favor of the Italians? Now why would he go and do that? The Romanians are just sour grapes about losing.

You are wrong (as usual.)

espana:

By all means...

FIFA Laws of the Game:

The referee is the official timekeeper for the match, and may make an allowance for time lost through substitutions, injured players requiring attention, or other stoppages. This added time is commonly referred to as stoppage time or injury time, and is at the sole discretion of the referee. The referee alone signals the end of the match. In matches where a fourth official is appointed, toward the end of the half the referee signals how many minutes of stoppage time he intends to add. The fourth official then informs the players and spectators by holding up a board showing this number. The signalled stoppage time may be further extended by the referee.
