Is skateboarding popular in Poland?

Hey my name is Brandon and Im from the USA and I was just wondering if skateboarding is popular in Poland?

There are lots of skate parks in and around the cities, they appear fairly busy in Wroclaw so i would have to say yes.

Quite popular I would say. Just an impression. Got no statistics to compare what percentage of young Poles and young Americans are into it, though. Maybe some more knowledgeable PFer can help out.
