Using a Boat in Poland without a license?

Does anyone know what type of boat I can use in Poland without any kind of license? I heard there was a length and engine HP restriction but I'm struggling to find information myself. Thanks

Thanks. Is there a central government website for sports licenses? (I have searched but not found anything)
