Hello all, please i will like to know how easy for a foreigner to be working and playing football at the lower league (Amateur). Can a non polish language speaker allow to play in the league? Like how much are amateur players paid in poland? Your response will be appreciated.

No restrictions for EU citizens.

Nothing. Perhaps expenses.

You seem to not understand what the word 'amateur' means.

What of a Non EU citizen?

may be i supposed not to to use word - Amateur. In some countries Amateur league players are paid paltry sum. In poland is it possible to play in the lowest ranked professional league division, while working for another company?

Including those before 2022.

As far as I know, it will depend if the team is in the football pyramid or not.

If they are, then you need to investigate further. I imagine however, that it will be the same rule as elsewhere - maximum of 3 non-EU citizens in the squad.

Also : if you receive payment, you'll need a work permit which won't be granted for amateur football.

If you're talking about a team at the bottom of the football pyramid, then yes - but as mentioned, if you receive any sort of payment as a non-EU citizen, you'll need a work permit. I cannot imagine a work permit would be issued for anything less than the first league (2nd level of the pyramid).

Football is quite popular in PL so there are a few levels of amateur leagues before some noticable money are involved.
In short as an amateur your are playing for yourself and depending on the club finances you will have to sometimes even pay for equipment yourself. Frankly speaking even in the middle of the hierarchy (which would be something like 4 ligue) it is rare to get any serious money, if so only the key players get some. Anyway we are talking here about so small amounts that often those are mostly under the table money, so no formal issues...

I have no idea if citizenship has anything to do with geting a "player card", it is not like some state document, it is rather run by PZPN (football organization).

Anyway, if you are decent player then for sure you will find a club willing to have you on trainings. If you prove yourself then they will for sure find a way to keep you and get into the league games. But if you are looking for money then do not knock the doors below 4 or even 3 leage (which is in fact 4 because ekstraklasa (premier league) is above 1 league). Here you can find a Polish football tree :) :
