My mother was born in Norway on the way to the Us in 1909 her name was Angeline Ostrowsi and her Father Josef . The settled in Argo(Summit), Illinois for a while then moved to Chicago.

I have a Ostrowski in my fam, way up there, one of the great uncles, but they
were in Poland. it was actually his wife. so great aunt.

Im gonna go take a look again tonight. sorry this is taking so long, its hard to
know which one if you dont really have much on them, and theres alot of Stachowski
where on my dads side, because the name was no so frequent, it was easy to find
and determine. plus, i had to do phonetic searching.

even a town name would help, but you dont know that for poland, I will keep
it up till I find a clue. or close to one P
