Bodybuilding is not the most popular sport in Poland. My choice is soccer, then valleyball, ski jumping, basketball, tennis, F1, boxing, etc. Not too much steroids there. American football isn't popular in Poland (if something, it's called rugby here and in Europe).

well "hello" have right, i belive the point of being "big" in poland its just cus many yound ppl prefer many sports, i love to play basketball and train martial arts just for myself, alose i have big dog so i need to walk with him and all those things gives nice training atm i weigh around 105 kg with 187 cm height and i belive im in good shape, so like u see on my example u dont need to take some crap to look atleat nice, ofc there is many "big boys" spending all they free time on gym but still this is aint plague yet :PP

cheap and easy to come by and quite commonplace among certain crowds, in my experience that is.

go to the "right" (wrong) gym and you'll see what i mean. if you want to do it then that's your business but if you buy here make sure you go through someone you know very, very well and can trust. if that person doesn't exist for you here then i would recommend you stay the fcuk away from the whole scene.
