A Strange sight going to a train station- Warning to Poland

As you all know, I live in the land down under. I caught a train to go to Melbourne, the train company was owned by CONNEX a few months later I visited south east poland and wow and behold I caught a train.. guess what was on the side of the train, you guessed it, it was connex]
This raises a question of multi national companies owning essential goods and services, who would have thought a train company operating in poland and australia were the same?

This lends a question of what may happen to Poland in the future, privatization of water, gas, electricity, if this occurs in Poland it will be a disaster, like it has been in Australia and UK..(see what is happending with water being privatized in the UK).

It is only hoped that poles will not allow essential commodities to be in the hands of greedy business people.. if they do, they will pay for it in the future...

According to the law here - it`s fully impossible. All strategic reasources and strategic enterprises, like those who are controling the oil and gas pipelines are being owned by the state and in case of a threat to national secrity the state can assume direct control over them.

You should also know that everything what is in the ground in this country belongs to the state - so lets say you`d find oil, gas, or some kind of treasure on your property, if that what you`ve found on you`re property is burried deeper below "the area of socio-economic usage" of that property - which in most cases i.e. if you own a house - it is not deeper than the basement of that house - then everything what you find belongs to the state - and if you refuse to give it to the state you can very well spend a coupple of years in jail. This is a stupid law - but you see how laws here are.

So lets say that we don`t have to worry about that - on the contrary - Polish state oil companies (the same way - though still on a smaller scale - as the Russian state controlled companies) are taking over energy sectors in other countries e.i. not so long ago Orlen had bought the energy sector in Lithuania and right now wants to do the same in Latvia as well, as when it comes to the distribution network - in Slovakia.

Some parts of PKS were bought by Connex - the American subsidiary of the French Veolia Transportation.
