student (f) looking for summer job in UK

I'm 23 old student from Poland. I'm looking for a job during summer holidays (20.06.- 20.09.2006). I'm studying at the University of Economics (tourism and hotel industry)- 4th year. I can speak (and understand) English (fluent) and German (good). I've got experience as a waitress (I worked in a scotish hotel last summer).
