Which is the best university in Warsaw? (I want to study MSc.Bioinformatics)

hello friends! i want to study MSc.Bioinformatics in Warsaw so can anyone suggest me the best university and do they offer scholarships to Pakistani students and also I need to know about which school in Warsaw teach Polish Language. thanks!
