I have narrowed down a polish university. I am going to persue bachelors in "english studies". I have the required qualifications/high school certificate. Ielts is 7.0. They require 6.0.

if you are living outside eu, in my case , I'm living in Pakistan. How can I pay application fee and one year fees like 1600 euro in my case? Just give me a rough idea. I am sure my university will keep me informed about the whole procedure.

in case of visa refusal, will university be able to refund my semester fee? i know 200 euro application fee non refundable

Thanks

No sense to study English in not English speaking country. They will inform you about the procedure. They will not refund you anything, but you have small chances of not getting visa.

but it seems that not getting visa is possible in the end:

On Friday, Nigerian Adedeji Sunday Akintay began the third day of protest in front of the Polonia University in Częstochowa. Today, joined by another - would-be college student - a citizen of Ghana. Calls for the return of 3,000 euro, which paid for the study , but the direction is not running .

What they write there, is that in case of not granting visa, money must be returned, but some universities make problems with that.

This is what International officer has just written to me.

So far as we know our students have no problems with visa because we are sending you the Admission Letter on which is written that you already have paid the money.
