Very interesting. I wonder how will you train them.

Id imagine, health & safety, stock rotation, hygiene to that particular store, how to use the various stock check systems(?) also how and where to stock the shelves - ie not to high, make sure its stable, brought forward etc.

on a more basic level

it seems like common sense but i worked in retail for 4 years during college and there are people that even with training still manage to get this wrong - so very wrong *trip down memory lane*
