Surnames: Danek, Talaga, Mis, Mirocha, Kurek, Zmudka, Nosalik

My family is from Zembrzyce, Poland. I will be going there Sept 2007 to look up some of my cousins. This village is very close to Tarnow. My dziadek Jan Danek left Zembrzyce in 1906 and migrated to USA via Ellis Island and on to Chicago. My grandmother Maryanna Starowicz Danek and the kids Zophia and Anastasia came to USA 1913. Jan Danek had three brothers: Peter, Frank and Michael Danek. His brothers migrated also. We are not sure about Michael Danek. Can anyone relate to this family or any of the above surnames? My grandfather was born in Fedorki Ukraine in 1890, it is close to Ternopil and once said we have another surname, Zmud. His sister went back to Ukraine in 1936 to Odessa, she was Katherine Dinesuk, husband John. My grandfather's name was Basil Karasevich. Did you find any interesting info when you went to Poland?
