Symbol of polish of love to surprise my fiance

Hi, my fiance and my self are planning our wedding and we are both polish and i would love to surprise her with a symbol in polish of love or something along those lines but i cant seem to find anything on the internet any help would be greatly appreciated

its our wedding im not bringing her kilbasa. we love kilbasa and gawumpki but i need something more centimental

Hmm - maybe an eagle (like the Polish eagle) or a stork? I think something related to the Polish nature would be a nice gift that brings good memories...

Hmm, yeah an eagle would be pretty cool. Red and white colors smile. Bottle of vodka maybe? Haha just kidding. The colors are the most important in my opinion.

Well, you can all dress up in XVIII/XIX century Polish clothing and have a "Pan Tadeusz" style wedding ..and the party afterwards in a castle or something..
