Sorry, excuse my ignorance. I can see its some kind of pie.. but whats inside?

apples and cinammon normally but there are loads of variations. It's just plain old apple pie/tart really.

thanks. it sounds good... ive tried some kind of cherry tart (no pun intended) and that was fantastic.. maybe the same kind of thing. That Holborn place is open from 12pm mon - fri.. ah, well will have make do with my hummous sarnie..

In Poland... "szarlotka" is also a coctail with vodka.

50ml - Bison Vodka
150 ml- Apple Juice

And a lot of ice cubes
