For those of you planning cultural trips or exchange visits to Poland, you may be interested in a wonderful place 50km south of Warsaw that provides accomodation and varies activities for all age groups. Speaking from experience, you will not find a more 'magical' place. Inspirational is a much and overused word, but this place truely is.

Association Akademia Łucznica, established in August 2002 is a non-profit public service organization. Its founders and members are culture animators from all regions of Poland. Association Akademia Łucznica offers a wide choice of fully and professionally equipped arts and handicrafts workshops including: pottery and ceramics, stained glass, batique, wicker and willow crafts, hand-made paper and textile weavery . Moreover, Association Łucznica offers a number of other specialist courses in such fields as fabrics flower making, silk painting, soft toy making, patchwork, quiltmaking and tapestry and also recitation, performing and choreography.
The association initiates and carries out educational and cultural programs for children, teenagers, handicapped an unemployed people. Worth mentioning is a program promoting architectural education for children and teenagers. As instructors and workshops participants involved are culture animators, teachers, therapists, art educators and activists of local cultural boards.
The Association’s special offer for children, teenagers and physically or mentally handicapped people includes 7-14-day’s workshops and courses with accommodation in the guest rooms and fullboard provided.
