Terms for greetings

I was wondering if there were any slang to describe a greeting to friends. For example,
what's up bro/girl?
How is it going partner?
What's crackin dude?
Are you chillin?

It is hard to explain but some informal greetings would be better than the old boring jak siê masz. Can anyone help?
Thanks

'Co tam?' / 'Jak tam?' (Tsaw tahm/Yak tahm - how stupid it looks... )
Means 'Wazzup'.

Pozdrawiam,
