What are the chances to meet a cool Polish girl in Warsaw?

What are the chances of a guy like me meeting a cool girl to hang out with while I'm in Warsaw next week?
I'm assuming a language barrier, but that tends to keep things interesting.
Are local girls usually fairly receptive to being approached in the bars and clubs, or is this considered to forward?

There is no magic trick to polish women ,they are human like everyone else. Just try talking to them ,it wont hurt you.
And i am sure you will find someone who will talk to you if you have something interesting to share.
