Endorphin release is a good way to counter the stresses of modern capitalism. Spice food also works well

I personally like chocolate. Yes, it helps boost up the mind and mood . Even better - have you tried cocoa beans yet? It's like veeery dark chocolate in shells similar to big coffee seeds.

Don't forget supper too. Nothing like ending the day with a Cadbury's Caramel. hehe

I know, you can always tell that a country loves it chocolate when they start gigantifying it...good time to be a dentist in Britain perhaps!

Guys..........as usual there are different types of chocolate......the international standard is min 30% cocao solids for milk chocolate and 70% dark chocolate....anything else cannot be classed as such...least thats what the French and Belgians say!

Effectvely those items bought in UK are "candy"...full of sugar/fats as a cheap substitute....bad for you......!

I'm addicted to chocolate. Absolutely love the stuff. I eat 2 small bars a day on average (maybe a tad more, actually).

Favourites are Snickers, Dairy Milk, Caramel.

The Polish do Mleczki something-or-other which is rather nice too.

I think that the most chocolate obsessed nation would be the Mexicans. I heard that they even eat chicken in chocolate!!

Wikipedia has various cheesecakes. Might sound daft but my mum never put cheese in cheesecake.
