Can someone help me say "what do you think?" in polish?

Also, I am interested in learning the differencecs betweeen masucline and feminine...so can you tell me how a boy would say this to a girl, and how a girl would say this to a boy? Thanks :)

Literally: Co myślisz?

What do you think (about it)?: Co o tym sądzisz?

When you e.g. display effects of your work and ask about the other person's opinion, you can say: "No, i jak?" (that's rather informal') "Jak ci się podoba?" (lit. 'How do you like it?'). It really depends on the context.
Feminine and masculine forms are the same in this case present tense.

So it is "Co o tym sądzisz?" regardless of whether the "it" is a feminine noun or a masculine noun?

Tym (to) is just a universal pronoun that stands for impersonal nouns. It can be used describing anything, but not a person (it may come out a bit of offensive:) It's like "What do you think about this stuff?"

But if 'it' stands for a feminine gender noun, it'll be:
"Co o niej sądzisz" if 'it' is masculine or neuter, it'll be "Co o nim sądzisz?"
