How to approach a tall and good looking Polish guy?

In the village where i live we have a b&b, and staying there are some Polish builders. Well, one is tall and quite good looking. How do i approach him as 1. not sure if he speaks any English 2. i'll look a total idiot if he's got a girlfriend or wife back home.
Should i just leave a note at the b&b and see what happens or wait until we bump into each other in the local store and just smile at him and see what happens.

Send him a bottle of vodka. He will fall in love immidietly.

Just "bump" into him & say hi.. if he only speaks Polish.. have some words in Polish ready, add a bit of an accent... that should make 'em smile :) & then you're off.. just say hi & who you are etc.. next time you "accidentaly bump" into him, leave a note with your phone number :)

i didnt use that technique the vodka damn lmao .. i just gave my number with some polish properly written grammar incorrect on the back .. oh well <sigh>

I think you should find him and approach him instead of just waiting to bump into him. And just say hi and ask him what his name is and ask him things about his life.
