How to get know the people in Poland??

hello everyone
this is my second monthe in Warsaw and till now I couldn't make friends with anyone .. I really would like to know how can I get know the people how to make a friends .. aslo I'd like to know the places where can I find an English speakig people .. hope to help me

oh my god u are in warsaw? At least there are lots of English-speaking people there, try living in a small town and being the only native speaker....just join a polish/european dating site and u'll meet ppl
