HOW TO SPELL "DLUGIEWICZ" SURNAME?

When searching for this hard to find surname on the web: DLUGIEWICZ, are there any other possible endings that it could have?

For example: I know that 'wicz' means 'son of', so how do you spell the surname so that it means 'daughter of'?

Surnames ending with "wicz" or "icz" are always spelling the same for male and female.

Last names that do have some meaning are rare in Poland.
