How to stay in USA without getting married?

The illegal poles have no problems going back by plane back to Poland, no need to escape to another country first. But by being illegal and overstaying their visit, they won't be able to come back to the US for 10 years. And since they're here, illegaly or not, they want to make dollars to go home with something.
What an embarrasment it would be to come back to Poland with no dollars.....

Since Dec 21 you can make dollars in any country of EU (like Britain or France). Schegen means no gates or control of any kind. Only any country can exstride you unde
European Arrest Order or US can extride you under treat too if local court in EU coutry
permitts.

I douubt that too. As I say again I was arreested while LEAVING the US:
Canada returned me to US. This in principle can happen for example
with Netherlands even under EU when you enter from outside Schegen (my
flight to Warsaw was to Amsterdam where I was free).
They netherless have the right to deny entry under 2004
EU directive even to EU citizen under public safety and health etc.

Did you do something illegal? Normally when a Pole overstays his visa, he has no problems going back.

No they arrested me only for finding Polish passport with me with expired
B1 visa stamp. I told Canada I am living permanently in the US in the
sence of permission to enter (on US licence plates) (you have it).
Also have 50% convintion from Polish press (Dagmara Babiarz i Nowy
Dziennik some around March) that Poland is VWP.

Simply German trying get green card for 17 years always under dual intention **** it
all.

(on US licence plates)

plates only give you a right to drive, not to enter countries.. this isn't EU.

If he's in the US on a tourist visa and if it didn't expire yet, then he should get married ASAP before it does, because that way he will get an extension to stay and apply for an imigrant visa as a spouse and it will all be legal.
If the visa is expired, then when he does get married, the INS will come back to him saying his visa expired and they will say he could get deported unless he can prove that it would have a damaging effect on others, in this case the wife.
He can stay in the US when papers are filed. And he should, because he might not be able to return to the US if he leaves. Even if his visa is good for 10 years, I've heard cases when people were turned back at the border for something.
So once he's legally married, and has his green card - which he would normally get after about a year of marriage - then he is legally aproved by the goverment. And after 3 years of marriage, he can apply to become a citizen.

No dont have to get married. I can adjust under 245(i) if ever found illigal inside
the US. I no longer want US citizenship after arresting me for nothing.

Again, Dagmara Babiarz in Nowy Dziennik wrote that Poland is VWP. Then the
Canada would be without visa for this passport. As I tolsd you was driving
really 50-50 but really had
to get to Canada on date for any price. Tried first without ispection in Del Bonita, just in case.
The crossing there is closed at night and it pops clear on satelite photos.
But in magnification there is a little gate there some 70 cm high and you
cannot cross it without damaging it (which is probably felony). You can
only walk or take on bike.

Just the opposite. It is a good thing to do. Because If the 20 year old marries the 60 year old who is the US citizen, and if he married her for just the "green card", then once they get divorced, he will inherit half of her assets.
That's what an imigration lawyer told me who works in such cases.

I'm a lawyer too, and this is not guarenteed. It depends on the state. In many states, what the parties possessed before the marriage may not automatically be transferred to marital assets. A prenup is always safer, though.

Bartosz, go to any Polish translation, immigration, or travel office on Jackowo in Chicago or a Polish neighbourhood in other city and they will find you the right person. I doubt 8K will be enough, but that way you will be safe because the agency will know the person and would suggest someone who is safe.

Please be careful if you decide to enter into one of these highly illegal and stupid transactions. Most of these people are con artists. I have two real-life examples for you straight from the lawyers mouth: One man contracted a bride who changed the $10,000 fee into a lot more by taking out credit in his name and strapping him with $25,000 in credit card debt all the while threatening divorce papers if he did not give her 50% of every paycheck. Blackmail is easy when one party has all the power. Bad example two involves a bridge for hire that never bothered to legally divorce from the last two. She just put that she was never married on the papers, which was found to be incorrect easily enough, and bam, marriage doesn't count because legally it never happened. Married people can't get married.

Eurola:
I wish the government pass some kind of immigration law and resolve the issue for many. I feel bad for a lot of people desparate to be here. Many, very good people, could start legally contributing to this country

there is a immigration law on the books as we speak. the problem is some people feel that it should not apply to them.
my family waited 7 years to come here from poland. they wanted to be legal.

Hello,
Yes there are other options besides marriage to obtain legal papers in US. Our company currently is helping people to get legal papers thru PERM SYSTEM (work permit & social security number), green cards sponsored by immediate family memebers, student visas (F-1).
If you are still interesting of changing your status in US, please provide me with your either telephone number or e-mail so we can discuss this.

Sincerely,

Renata
