translate please - jarac ziolo jest weselo

got a message from one polish guy ' jarac ziolo jest weselo ', can somebody help witj translation. thanks

' jarać zioło jest wesoło ' - it's fun to smoke weed

zioło - herb, spice, but colloquially = weed;
jarać - colloquial for "palić" = to smoke
jest wesoło = it's fun

PS. Don't you know any Polish guys who speak "normal" language :)

:)) this is the same guy, who was annoying me with ciolek,narka and all other slang words! i do understand NORMAL polish language quet well, and he don't like it, thats why trying to peas me of with such a stupid words... wich i don't understand. but with your help guys, i'm dooing good :) thanks
