English free guide here: inyourpocket.com/poland/warsaw

If you want to hire a personal guide then google is your best friend

google.pl/search?q=personal+guide+warsaw

For more official stuff, try contacting a translation company in Warsaw, they aren't cheap though but then again you're coming with Euros so most things will be cheap for you I guess

Thank you Smurf
Looked at the wealth of tourist guides info in the pages you shared, however we are not into touristy type tours or sightseeing
We are more i to sitting down in office and maje a plan to make a few appointments and then go visit a few companies and make a few calls.

Most hotels here have adverts for guided walks - it all depends on what exactly you want to see.

Thanks. I just did not want to pay for something not recent. Good to know things are free online! What I should see?
