Hi everyone,

I will go from Krakow to Budapest on 5th of july and im not sure about the best way to do it.

How can i do it at night? Im from Brazil and it's kind of hard to search cheap tickets from here. Would it be a problem for me to buy the tickets on 2nd of July when i get to Krakow, should i buy it in Gdansk on 29th of June or i have to buy it as soon as possible?
Is there any other way rather than Euroline Bus or the train that stops in Katowice and Breclav?

I trying to leave Krakow as late as possible so i can enjoy sunday in the city as weel as save one night at the hostel arriving in Budapest early in the morning.

Tks all for the help,

105 PLN round trip - and in a comfortable bus. The trip is only offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays (if I remember correctly), so it may not coincide with your schedule. However, if you can make it work, I highly recommend it! I took this trip in the spring and had a very easy ride both ways...

I did this trip coming from budapest to krakow a bit over a year ago by train. From memory it was 50 euro for two of us one way and it took most of the day. The train stations for both budapest and krakow are fairly central.

my experience - take a bus. I travelled with OrangeWays and the journey was simply great. On-line booking is also possible and very easy through eg: www(dot)euroticket(dot)pl

my advice: try OrangeWays
