Biking from UK to Krakow, any tips on route, places to stay along the way

Am planning a journey to visit the Auchwitz camps in May, will be about 6 to 8 motorcycles with 10 people. Any hints or tips with regard to places to stay on route, where to stay that's bike friendly in Krakow, ie; can we park the bikes safely. Much appreciated
