I'd like to go to visit Bialystok and then go onto Minsk across the border, can I get a visa at the border with a British passport?

I'd like to go to visit Bialstok and then go onto Pinsk across the border, can I get a visa at the border with a British passport? Nope. You need to obtain the visa in the UK, or if you hold a valid residency certificate here, you can do it in Poland.
