Krakow nature sites (possible to visit them by a public transportation)?

Hi all, I'm a student in Krakow and would like to explore this city.. I'm very fond in nature, and my teacher told me that there is a lots a national parks in Krakow, and hills too. She recommended me the Ojcow national park and also mount Kosciuszki, Pilsudniego, Krakusa and Wandy. Does anyone know how to get to these place by tram or bus? Thanks
