Places to visit for someone who starts to learn Polish

Hi, I'm new here so forgive me if that kind of topic has occured earlier :) I want to start learning Polish, but first I would like to visit Poland. What cities would you recommend? I've heard that Cracow and Wroclav are worth visiting. Has anyone been to Polish course in Poland?
