Hi Do I need a PESEL number to renew my polish passport?

1jola: If it were up to me, you wouldn't get one until you could demostrate that you can write Polish correctly. Wow. We agree? I do wonder why Poland isn't restricting citizenship to only those who have a certain level of proficiency in Polish?
