Hi. Any predictions as to this years summer? Just seems this incredibly hot belated winter could have impact on this years summer season. Could it be rainy or scorching summer this year?

i wouldn't call minus 3 hot. winter is not late. the worst of the weather usually comes in the new year. not every winter is minus 20.

not every winter is minus 3 either. Here Downunder we're experiencing incredibly cold summer, barely over 20.

if you often visit long term animated forecast sites (for Europe - have no idea about other parts of the world) like this one http://www.wunderground.com/modelmaps/maps.asp?model=GFS&domain=EU - you begin to understand that most of the time predtictions further than one week are not reliable - it happens sometimes (more often during summer) that even a two - three day forecasts can be wrong for a particular area - I have heard a good couple of long term forecasts proven completely false
