Ok, sorry to put it this way, but aren't you exaggerating a bit? I just don't think that something bad could happen to ypu or your wife because of a review. But maybe I'm wrong. Are the car-rental people real thugs? Well, if they are, do not hesitate to go to the police with every proof you have. You can contact a district police officer (responsible for your particular district) and get him interested in this situation. They may say "we'll look into it" (and do v.little) but I wouldn't assume it granted. My experiences with public officers etc. have always been quite positive. So just to feel safer (as it all comes down to this actually) - go to the police, at least they'll know about this situation and would react appropirately if anything more happened.

Stu:

Both me and my wife travel a lot with our laptops. Therefore we configured Firefox in such a way ("Settings for clearing history" in Firefox under Tools > Options > Privacy), that everytime we close Firefox, the history is cleared (browsing, download, cookies, active logins, cache) as well as data (saved passwords, site preferences and offline website data). The last thing I want is some j@ck@ss nicking my laptop, take out the HDD and have a look what he can do with all the data, thank you. The fact that I have to remember some usernames and passwords, is a small price to pay for my piece of mind.

<Sorry Mods, that it is off-topic, but I wanted to explain why my wife doesn't know the URL anymore. I hope you understand.>

Yes, law graduates go around good neighborhoods burglarizing computer disks and also rummaging through trashbins to find hardcopy documents - and then it like a Hollywood thrill'a

Me be a Thrillseeka, I give my real address , DOB, Cell number on all social networking.

*But Realistically, as other Poles, I stay clear of courts and do not welcome with ease any kind of activities which lead to having to be calling the Courts. the courts suck arss
