Trip from szczecin to ?? Advice please!

Posted part of this as end of thread elsewhere in forum but wanted to give it a separate entry!

We reach Szczecin on last Monday in August and would like to fly back from somewhere further east in Poland about 11 days later (probably Gdansk but not necessarily), stopping off again at some stage in Łeba. Not wanting to spend too much monies and enjoying art, beaches, interesting city centres and beautiful Polish countryside, where would you stop off if you were making trip?

if you go to Gdansk, then go to downtown area. If you are flying then you can visit Cracow (southern part of Poland)
