any type of requirement like traveling with 10000 euro

You read the webpage wrong. There is no requirement to travel with EUR 10,000 in cash. If you have more than EUR 9,999 in cash with you, there are special requirements (that is because these days most people who legally have that much money do not carry it in cash with them).

Why don't you write to the Polish Embassy in Delhi instead of asking random people on forum?

all who want to visit Poland from India:

Let me know once your trip is finalized. In Poland,if you are using Euros, it will be very costly & can get cheated, & you'll not get Polish currency in India.

I can save a lot of your forex charges, as I'd some Polish Ziolty in Cash (left from my last visit to Poland.)

Please inform me after your visa approval at c u t e 19 s w a t i @gmail.com

Thanks & wish u All the best!!!!

There are companies who offer this kind of service, you can also speak to airlines who will recommend the company. No need to ask stranger, just google "shipping animals" or "shipping dog". The dog will hav to have travel documents required by India, otherwise it will have to go through quarantine.
