Wroclaw MPK Travel App For MY Phone

Hi there, does anyone know how I can get the MPK Application for Wroclaw on my phone? Its a Nokia xpress music 5530, I believe it uses the Symbian program, but i'm not really sure as I don't know much about these kind of things. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Be aware that paying in SkyCash via sms is more costly than making bank transfer to SkyCash account. But on the other hand, if your mobile payment model is standing charge, then you can always use what is left to pay for public transport...
