the price depand on location. It is nearly the center of city. The age of building plays the same role as worldwide....in this case does not have influance on price

I dont even want to imagine how much do they cost. In the centre of Crakow? We are talking about millions here ;).

I dont care anymore but remember less flats in Poland -> more poople in England -> less job and less flats in England. Make you choice ;).
