Is Catholicism allowed under Sharia law?

i doubt it. Both religions have to say that way- `universalism` and somewhat tend to denied ethnicity of its believers (especially Islam). So, i don`t believe in mutual coexistence here.

Yes, you can even go for a pint in Iran.

Sharia can mean anything a nut wants it to mean

In Iran non-Muslims can drink legally, and even the Muslims there very often drink illegally.

They like to blame others because they are too lazy to get an education or work hard

Yes, that is exactly spot on!

Yes, they do, they don't really have a choice, living in a tough capitalism we have ;)

What I meant was that only unhappy and unfullfilled people will have a problem with immigrants that are normal working people..

I've never noticed urządniki working particularly hard.

Let's say you're a building worker. You're earning a good wage. You've got a mortgage and family to support. Then someone offers to do your work at half the price you were paid. Happy?

Yes, 'urzedniki' is another story, a relict of communism age. :D Often they work where they work bacause they have some family commections (also a relict of comunism). They are a real pain in the ass sometimes, they can be rude and reluctant to changes and upgrades in a workplace. But I know a few young ones, and they are working really good, and have a different attitude. Of course they are being used by those old 'urzedniki' to do all the job.. Anyway, they are a hope for the future.. Anyone else except of urzedniki, and a few people who have great jobs, and won't get fire no matter what they do, because they are sb' childeren, have to work real hard, and often one person is doing duties of 2 or 3 persons, because it is cheaper for the employer that way.

Let's say you're a building worker. You're earning a good wage. You've got a mortgage and family to support. Then someone offers to do your work at half the price you were paid. Happy?

I see your point. But then you should force your government to set minimum wages for certain professions, they did so in Norway, and nobody can earn any less. And of course employers prefer to hire Norwegians then, unless they have ral shortage if staff in certain proffesions. I don't think focusing your anger on unaware immigrants will solve anything..

Skilled building workers don't normally work for minimum wage in the UK. But plenty from outside the UK are more than happy to do so. Employers will take them on, not necessarily because they are harder working or more highly skilled, but simply because they are cheaper.

I'm not focussing my anger on anyone btw. I don't see the need to get angry. Better to look, listen, learn and try to understand the points of view of others.

I don't mean fixing a minimum wage for everyone - I mean fix a standard fair wage for everyone, that's how it works in Norway

Norway has the small advantage of being absolutely rolling in oil money. Norway is an anomaly.

yes it is :) by law they can have their own courts in a country ruled by sharia law. but there is no any today. Not even suudi arabia. its kind of like bended one which is make it so away from the original.

yes it is :

You forget to say that under Sharia law, Catholics (and also any other non-muslim) need to pay Jizya, a amount of month every month just to exercise the right to have their own religion.

(Of course countries like Turkey doesn't apply that, since Turkey is not Sharia-ruled, yet).

its for the protection since non-muslims are not allowed to military. not to exercise their religion. everyone who has deeply studied history discipline would know nobody had a problem who are non-muslim under the rule of ottoman empire even during the middle age while they were putting people on fire in europe.

And if there would be sharia in Turkey you would have less thing to worry about.

Pakistanis and Indians fit into British society better because they are more friendly and have better manners than Poles. Polish people can be quite rude in their tone and very rarely say Please or Thank You.

Sure, I had the "pleasure" of experiencing those "manners" here on PF - calling Poland "POOPLAND", Polish women "sluts", etc. and let's not forget "coolzero" who called me "madam" in public on the forum and "roadside b1tch, Polish b1tch, stupid b1tch, ugly Kurwa" in private messages, sending me photos of naked women, memes offending me as a woman and a Catholic and asking me to tell him where I live in Poland so he could do things with his penis to my "ass" and my "twat".

(I wouldn't be surprised if it's you anyway)

he appearently need some operation on his own a.. and tw.. or whatever. when it comes to thing about poles people totally get it wrong its like they are very cold if they dont know you and cant be referred as a "polite" but once they get to know you they are awesome and so warm. I felt like a family when I was living with pole friends and families and they were catholic and didnt even cook pork since I am muslim while I was staying with them.

Give Erdogan a few more years and he will take care of this. Then you can safely kiss Turkey goodbye and forget about it. I wonder what all the Turks/Kurds in Europe think about this.

In that case I invite you to Birmingham. Rent a house in area like: Saltley, Sparkhill, Small Heath, or Smethwick and enjoy the friendliness and manners of Pakistanis.

depending on their background there are supporters and non supporters. I am a hater of erdoğan for example but supporter of sharia its complicated.and appearently poland doesnt care about it either since they are just about to make an agreement to access turkey to poland without visa. You see money and politics are above everything . Turkey also made an agreement with russia reaching 100 billion dolars. Its like a joke , small country like turkey plays with russia ,Usa and china its all because they see its potential in the middle east and want their piece of it and polland want its piece too. And believe me if they would offer you job in turkey with a good amount after sharia is excepted. I guess you would go for it.

world really doesnt have any value but money these days.

Exactly.

With Erdogan, soon Turkey will go to extremist fundamentalism.

I can bet that in the next 4 or at most 5 years he will launch some military operations against smaller countries (Cyprus?) to start to build his freaky idea of empire.

@Blanketsniffer and others

What's this nonsense about sharia? I looked at population stats for England in 2014 Lonely Planet. England has roughly 53 million people (I'm not talking about the entire UK). According to the info provided only around 3% of the population is Muslim -- that's less than 2 million people (granted it could be more, but probably not much more). I know in London, Muslims are overrepresented, but London or other large cities do not represent England as a whole. I also suspect that many Muslims could be more described as atheist or agnostic. There is nothing wrong with that (there are plenty of people identifying themselves culturally with a religion but not necessarily practicing it). The statistics on how many Muslims actually leave Islam are also hard to get since many of them may fear for their safety from more zealous members of their own communities (there is also that mention about the death penalty for apostasy in Islam) -- this is why we only hear about people converting to Islam (it's always a question for how long?) but not leaving.

It was interesting reading a recent BBC article about the pope's visit in Turkey. The reporter clearly mentioned about the high security, but also about some members of a church in Turkey who did not want to be seen on camera as some were converts from Islam.

PLOT TWIST: I Live in an Arab country, i am not giving an opinion through CNN.
So i KNOW what happens with non-muslims here. Don't say that they are happy for their treatment.

Nobody is here because they are happy but because of money. Simple as that.

@t12345
most of what you are sayings are true, numbers who leaves islam(they are likely to convert to be christians but become atheists) more than it implied. and number of people converting to islam is also more than its implied (Altough many f. up things happening in the middle east right know they still do convert but of course you would say they are idiots but I would say they are seeing the part they should in islam)

@Levi_BR
I studied islamic law for eight years now believe me there is no country who applies sharia law. If there were they wouldnt be doing all that craz sht they are doing right now and they were publics sending messages to otoman empire to come to their land to rule them to be saved from cruelty of their own goverment. I reccomend you to join a jewish tour in budapest and see what christians did to them and compare it what turks did.

so there we go as I sad they solved this situation with money as I told.

I do understand worries but its all nonsense yes there is forcing in islam but its only to muslims not to non-muslims.
